Common upload problems
- The file uploads but no processing starts.
- The progress area shows a stall or watchdog warning.
- The video encoded, but does not show on category pages yet.
- Remote processing was cancelled and local fallback started automatically.
What to check
- Refresh the upload page once to be sure you are seeing current progress.
- Check the admin queue manager if you have access.
- If the queue entry failed or cancelled, retry it cleanly instead of starting another upload first.
- If remote processing completed but the video is still hidden, verify that the queue row reached complete and the promotion step finished.
