You must be at least 13 years old to use TVByDemand. If you are under the age of majority in your state, you may use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.
TVByDemand offers live and on-demand streaming, member profiles, comments and replies, reactions, live chat, PMs and PM groups, buddy features, notifications, public photo albums, video uploads, photo uploads, moderation systems, help content, and related account tools. Some features may change, move, or be removed over time.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload, including videos, thumbnails, posters, comments, replies, chat messages, PMs, PM-group messages, photos, album content, captions, descriptions, and other submissions. However, by submitting content through the service, you grant TVByDemand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, format, resize, transcode, adapt, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, moderate, and promote the service.
This license includes creating HLS streams, thumbnails, posters, resized images, photo derivatives, cached copies, backup copies, and moderation records. It also includes showing public content to other users where the feature is public by design.
Some areas of the service are public or semi-public by design, including public profile information, uploaded videos, public photos, comments, replies, reactions, and live chat. PMs and PM groups are intended for limited audiences, but you understand that TVByDemand may review content, attachments, metadata, and group settings as reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, respond to reports, comply with legal obligations, or protect users and the platform.
You may not use TVByDemand to upload, post, transmit, link to, organize, or otherwise make available content or behavior that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, fraudulent, infringing, misleading, malicious, or harmful to others or to the service.
Without limiting the general rule above, the following are prohibited:
For clarity, “pornographic material” includes content whose primary purpose is sexual arousal, including explicit sexual acts, exposed genitals presented sexually, fetishized nudity, or solicitations for sexual activity. This description is illustrative and not exhaustive. TVByDemand administrators have the final discretion to decide what is acceptable or unacceptable on the service, even if specific content is not listed in these Terms.
TVByDemand may review, remove, hide, disable, restrict, archive, or permanently delete content; close accounts; limit features; suspend messaging, chat, or upload access; or take other action we believe is necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, comply with law, or protect the service and its users.
Users may report content or behavior they believe violates these Terms. Administrative decisions about moderation, visibility, warnings, deletions, or bans are made in our discretion and may be based on context, patterns of behavior, and service safety considerations.
Users may be allowed to delete or hide certain content from public display. In some cases, TVByDemand may retain internal copies, moderation records, logs, cached versions, backups, or technical derivatives even after public display is removed. Administrators may permanently remove stored media when appropriate.
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your content. If you believe content on TVByDemand infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the material, explain your claim, and allow us to review it. We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content while we investigate.
Uploaded content may be queued, transcoded, reformatted, copied, cached, or processed on local or remote systems in order to operate the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, instant processing, or error-free playback. Features, queues, automated processing, live streams, and content availability may change without notice.
You may not probe, scan, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, or interfere with the integrity or security of the site, accounts, live streams, archives, chat, PM systems, uploads, worker systems, or backup systems.
The service may contain outbound links, previews, or references to third-party sites or services. TVByDemand does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or if we determine it is necessary to protect the service, our users, or third parties.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVByDemand disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVByDemand and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TVByDemand and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of TVByDemand after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
